At Venners we believe in attention to detail and building long lasting relationships with our clients.  We appoint a main board director to oversee each account and a Regional Director or Manager who will deal with the day to day running of the account. 

We encourage close contact and regular review meetings with our clients so we can deal with any problems as they arise.  We want our customers to know that our management team are there to be used, be it looking into unusual results, speaking to key personnel to ensure they understand our reports, organising training sessions for operational staff etc.
