Once you have listed all the ingredients and allocated costs to them simply insert the GP% required and click “calculate the order” and it will display the total cost of the item and the retail selling price inclusive of VAT. You can experiment by changing the GP% and clicking “calculate the order” again. Keep a copy for your records by printing it out.
