Barrelage Calculation System

Pronunciation: (bar'u-lij),
n.  the amount contained in barrels, used as a unit of measure: Brewery barrelage fell 37
percent in the last quarter.

 

Select the categories and enter your quantities as requested.  Spirits table wines and fortified wines will be converted to Litres and Draught beers, packaged beers, ciders and minerals will be converted to barrels.  A barrel is equivalent to 36 gallons.  Use the totals page to calculate the totals for your pub.

Calculate a retail price including VAT by entering the cost price value excluding VAT and the desired gross profit percentage.

Menu Coster Calculation System

For a food menu item enter the ingredients and the cost price value of each item excluding VAT and click “Calculate the Order” .This will give you the total cost for the menu.  Enter the GP% required and click “Calculate the Order” again and the selling price inclusive of VAT will be displayed that you need to sell that menu item for to achieve the GP% that you want.

If you want to know how much to sell a liquor item for to achieve a particular GP% then enter the product name and cost price and follow the instructions as above.
